It is so uplifting to see that my two articles are now bouncing around the world but to date still nothing in the UK Media which very clearly shows how controlled our media has become…….so much for democracy that we are so proud of and for what we go to war for (or so they say!) I sincerely hope that the Prime Minister will now look into this story as a fellow Scot and more importantly as a father.

We now understand that legal people in other countries are now studying this case with a very strong interest from an Attorney General in one of the US States….could this be the start of seeing out dear Hollie have her day in court.

It takes just one carefully planted seed to grow into a tree and bear fruit….I certainly hope that Hollie’s case is fruitful.

Compassion for Lockerbie bomber but not for Hollie Greig

UK, Feb. 28, 2010 (Pal Telegraph) – We can all recall the compassion that floated around Scotland for Abdelbeset Ali Mohmed al Megrahi, suffering from terminal prostate cancer. He was freed from prison in Scotland by Scottish Justice Secretary Kenny MacAskill on compassionate grounds who stated that Megrahi was “going home to die.”

This case was certainly full of emotion when this man was released with the full approval of Alex Salmond and the Scottish Judicial System. The Prime Minister Gordon Brown said this was a matter for Scotland but of course we know that massive trade benefits existed both between the UK Government and Libya and between Alex Salmond and the Government of Qatar all of whom had conditions attached.

It would appear that Westminster only chooses to isolate itself from Scotland when it is convenient to do so, however many times we do see our Central Government intervening on certain issue in Scotland, especially in protecting the North Sea gas/oil reserves. This is truly double standards at its best. So I guess the question will always be was Megrahi the right suspect in the first place or was this a sacrificial lamb to calm the nerves of the British Government. Either way he was released but what has this to do with poor Hollie Greig?

The emphasis here is that word used in Scotland called “Compassion”…..where was Alex Salmond’s compassion when he heard of the Hollie’s ordeal? How come so much attention for Megrahi who only had a couple of month’s to live (allegedly) and yet we are now in February 2010 almost 6 months on and our man is still alive and kicking down in Libya. I repeat that maybe this man was innocent but none the less he was convicted and the Scottish Government gave this man freedom on the grounds of compassion due to his terminal illness. Hollie Greig went to hell and back whilst under the sadistic control of her Father and the extended ring of pedophiles that prayed on her on almost a daily basis.

It would appear that the Scottish Justice Secretary Kenny MacAskill is linked to Lord Advocate’s choice of lawyers. Amazingly, it can now be revealed the Scottish Government’s current Justice Secretary, Kenny MacAskill has long standing ties to Levy & McRae, the same law firm used by the Lord Advocate to threaten media publication of the Hollie Greig Case.

Mr MacAskill is now known to have served his apprenticeship at Levy & McRae and also worked at the firm for a considerable time during his years as a solicitor. So Mr. MacAskill where is your same compassion for Hollie Greig? I would also ask again the same question to the not so honorable Alex Salmond….where is your compassion sir?

We know that the Prime Minister and David Miliband were involved in the release of Megrahi as well as Scotland’s First Minister Alex Salmond and Kenny MacAskill. Here was some of the headlines that were around at the time: “Brown finally admitted that he agreed with the Scottish executive’s decision to release the Lockerbie bomber on compassionate grounds” Brown later said on a visit to Birmingham that “There was no conspiracy, no cover-up, no double-dealing, no deal on oil, no attempt to instruct Scottish ministers, no private assurances by me to Colonel Gaddafi.”

Up in Scotland some of their headlines also confirmed a common relationship when Salmond said his justice secretary, Kenny MacAskill, had made a “difficult, challenging and brave decision”, which he claimed had effectively been endorsed by Gordon Brown and foreign secretary David Miliband. By contrast, he said, the Scottish Labour leader, Iain Gray, was guilty of “monumental double-standards” for voting against the release even after it became clear that the prime minister did not want Megrahi to die in jail. It also emerged that a senior Tory peer, Lord Trefgarne, had pressurised MacAskill to release Megrahi to further the business interests of Scottish companies in Libya. Trefgarne, chairman of the Libyan British Business Council, said Megrahi’s fate was of “grave concern” to his members because of Libyan warnings that his death in custody would severely damaging business relations.

This proves that despite Brown saying that this was a Scottish matter and a Scottish decision there was clearly a controlling mechanism stretching all the way from London to Edinburgh.

I would again ask these questions of our Prime Minister…”Why are you not becoming involved in the Hollie Greig case”? You are the Prime Minister of the United Kingdom to which Scotland forms part and in this context you have the authority to intervene in this shocking case involving people in high places. What I had noticed was one simple sentence on the No 10 Webpage which reads as follows:

Government will work to protect children – PM: Gordon Brown has said the Government will take “every available step” to protect children from early sexualisation. So why have you not taken every available step to protect Hollie Greig? Why have you not intervened? Why hasn’t Scotland Yard become involved in this grotesque file of Pedophilia that is running rife in Scotland? Why wasn’t a case of multiple rapes, of a poor child suffering from Down Syndrome, every looked into? Why was a so called suicide by Hollie’s Uncle Roy never investigated when it clearly was showing signs of being a possible murder case?

it is interesting that Peter Eyer has spotted the similarities between the situation of Hollie Greig abused by the Scottish legal system from the most ill informed and bullying plod ‘obeying orders’ and too stupid to act honestly in The Grampian Police, through the corrupt team of burglars sent by Grampian Police to plant and remove evidence at Robert Green’s house whilst Grampian Police allowed themselves to be manipulated as the agents of the named paedophiles and those covering up for them it seems!

Hollie Greig & her Mother have been abused and betrayed by the Scottish legal system.

Similarly the Scottish legal system was corrupted and betrayed by Lord Cullen and the very system itself and persecuted a scape goat in the form of Abdelbeset Ali Mohmed al Megrahi. One only needs to read the summing up by Lord Cullen in the Scottish kangaroo Court held in Holland to realise this was a ‘stitch-up’ – the summing up was so corrupt that it showed there was no validity in the persecution of Abdelbeset Ali Mohmed al Megrahi – it did however let the American involvement off the hook and Libya has been a hate figure since the American’s bombed them for the Syrian explosion of a night club in Germany!

American black ops must be very pleased they managed to prevent the evidence being brought home from Syria, Lebanon & Afghanistan by the 8 US Marines never reached America and the public eye!

The £2Billion payment by Murmar Gadaffi altered attitudes – just as the £13,000 guilt payment from the Scottish authorities to Hollie was meant to silence Hollie!

I have received a letter from someone using a false identity and therefore although I have worked out who it is I will respect their identity (Had I not established their identity I would have dismissed the letter as I will NOT act for or with people who will not declare their identity – I am working for Hollie, thus my identity is not relevant, though easily established! Hence the letter I received was to me!).

As many of you have been sufficiently angered by the Hollie Greig affair to act yourselves (which is great!), we hope you will join us in our latest initiative.

As you are no doubt aware, Robert Green plans to stand as a single issue INDEPENDENT candidate in the Aberdeen South constituency at the forthcoming general election. However, his prospective candidacy has been severely hampered by the malicious bail conditions imposed upon him, seemingly to interfere with the due process  of electoral law and corruption of election standards .

As well as seeking to gag him in Scotland, he is currently forbidden from even venturing into the Aberdeen area! Incidentally, we do not believe it to be coincidental that Robert’s arrest, on a backdated (to June 9th last year!) charge of Breach of the Peace, which came soon after he announced his candidacy – No action, not so much as a ‘cease and desist’ letter had been received by Mr. Green prior to that.

It looks suspiciously as if the authorities are deliberately setting out to corrupt the electoral process to protect their own chosen candidates and in support of corruption in Scotland.

Regardless of how one might feel about Hollie’s case; we believe Robert’s arrest, and resulting draconian bail conditions, many suspected terrorists have less controlling bail conditions and Police Officers on murder charges are released to kill again without restriction as you will recall. Robert is supposedly gagged, even though the Court instructions are self serving legal bunkum, he is ordered to present to the police 3 times a week – why? is there any realistic expectation he will flee the country? This is just an abuse of the system by the courts in Scotland to serve their own grubby ends.

The intimidation does not stop there – as you know, whilst Robert was detained to protect those named as paedophiles/rapists by Hollie who has been described by Grampian Police in writing as a credible and plausible witness and by officially appointed medical expert as an honest and credible witness – no wonder they tried to buy her silence!

Robert was held, having been seized off the street whilst walking along on his own – he was then held for 3 days and interrogated whilst his house was burgled a 740 mile round trip away by 4 Grampian Police in an unlawful manner removing and planting evidence – even stealing material obtained under a Freedom of Information Act Order and official correspondence he had legitimately had with various authorities.

These actions were not constructive they were a clear attempt to intimidate and abuse a declared candidate in the up comming General Election! This is an abuse of the police and court system to use the courts to inflict punishment through open ended bail conditions. Clearly the conditions are ultra vires even under the corrupt and arcane legal system in Scotland – which may we remind you is not the private feifdom of a few crooks who have gained power!

This constitutes an attack on democracy. We are supposed to live in a free and democratic society. (At least this is what they keep telling us.) In a free and democratic society prospective political candidates should be allowed to present their platforms in the constituency for which they wish to stand, should they not? Lately there has been an abundance of media attention and hand-wringing by the self appointed ‘great and good’ over the rights of the BNP.

What of the rights of honest decent men like Robert Green?

Robert Green, a nominated candidate for the General Election for Aberdeen South claims the election should be postponed until the wholey trumped up, politically inspired criminal case against him has been resolved.

He estimates that will be dropped sometime in the autumn as a result of the fact that there is no case to answer on his part but much that the Scottish corrupt system which is seemingly both endemically and systemically flawed and corrupted must answer.

In view of these facts Robert Green has called for the General Election to be suspended in Aberdeen, if not the whole of Scotland to allow a clear resolution of this matter and a full enquiry as to why senior members of the Scottish Judiciary have deliberately set out to corrupt the electoral process.

To that end Robert Green has brought his concerns to the attention of John Frank of the Electoral Commission in London.

If you feel as we do, that the attempted scuppering of Robert’s candidacy raises serious constitutional concerns, we would urge that you also contact Mr Frank and add your voice to those demanding the suspension of the Aberdeen South election.

This is not a devolved matter it concerns the Governance of these United Kingdoms as it is for the election of a Westminster MP.

Why has our so called just legal system turned its back on Hollie Greig?

UK, February 26, 2010 (Pal Telegraph) – In my last article I gave you an overview of the sad case of Hollie, a girl who lost her childhood to a father who was a pedophile and his group of sadistic friends. We read in horror as to how this girl had been repeatedly raped by many people covering all sectors of our community and how the Scottish Legal System turned a blind eye. We saw how corrupt society is from the very top right down to those who were responsible for her well being, including the Grampian Police Force. So why did we fail this poor innocent child who suffered from Down Syndrome?
Sometimes, we the public, do not understand that even though such girls may appear to be in their own little world they can be, and frequently are, extremely intelligent with almost a photographic mind. In Hollie’s case she can recall every fine detail with a list of names, not only of the offenders, but also those like herself who were terribly abused but still the legal system and the police turned their backs on this vulnerable girl.

I would like to ask one very simple logical question……If the Scottish Legal System and the Grampian Police cannot or obviously will not investigate these series of terrible crimes (which also includes a murder) then why doesn’t the British Police such as Scotland Yard take control of this matter and bring the offenders to justice?
We see so many times the Prime Minister or other members of the British Government repeat that this is a Scottish matter and must therefore be resolved in Scotland. That is absolutely “Cods Whollop”…..I can assure you that if there was a major incident in Scotland connected to an oil/gas facility or a terrorist incident, Scotland Yard and the British Government would be deeply involved immediately!

Scotland, Ireland and Wales obviously have there own regional governments but they all form part of the United Kingdom and as such come under the Westminster System both politically and legally with the British police working together in many cross border incidents or major crime incidents. With the scope and scale of this particular case one could say it certainly constitutes a major crime, with many children being at its centre and also not forgetting one case of murder, yet to be investigated. There was even one suggestion that a special needs school had a head teacher who was also a Pedophile……now you can see why this case is so important, not just to mother Anne and daughter Hollie but to all the mums and dads in Scotland and elsewhere.
We have seen the Prime Minister show much emotion of late regarding the loss of a child and another suffering from Cystic Fibrosis……let me ask him one question….how would he feel if he were Anne Greig at this moment and it was one of his children involved in this huge cover-up? I know exactly how he would feel and how enraged he would become. So Mr. Prime Minister I challenge you to show your true colours and take control of “Your United Kingdom” and clear away this scum that pollutes our country!!!
Hollie didn’t ask for this sadistic crime, she thought she could live a balanced life with lots of childish fun until these mongrels came into her life! Thank God she was of sound mind to remember everything so clearly. This case must stir up the conscience of every mother and father in the United Kingdom and in particular “Scotland the Brave”……however I have to say that in this case “Scotland has lost its ethical and moral direction” and certainly doesn’t show one ounce of bravery. I am sure that Robert Bruce would turn over in his grave knowing that you, the people of Scotland, did not stand up for this innocent girl…..shame on you!

Aberdeen is one of the most prosperous cities in Scotland with the oil and gas industry at its heart…..it has many extremely rich people who have benefited from this exciting period of growth. However, I have to say it also has an appalling track record in the area of Pedophilia with a very well established ring of evil people, including those in high office, those in the social care, those who are supposed to protect us and those who are supposed to look after our welfare and education.
This is not my story but that of Hollie Greig the poor girl that lost her innocence to a corrupt system that knows who did what but is not prepared to expose the offenders. It is a story that has no beginning and no end. It is a story so sad and evil that one cannot come to terms with how we all abandoned this poor girl. It paints a smear over the face of Scotland and the Scottish Parliament who continue to sit on their hands and do nothing. It has Alex Salmond at its heart, who on a daily basis demonstrates Scotland’s ability to go it alone and yet cannot show strength in investigating and resolving this huge cover-up. It certainly makes a mockery of the term the Right Honorable!
How can Scotland stand up and be proud of its special culture and heritage when its reputation is being dragged through the mud by these scumbags who tarnish your beautiful country. How can you go it alone Mr. Salmond when your justice system has failed this simple girl. Like all leaders one looks for strength and leadership so where is yours? One also looks up to leaders for their moral integrity….where is yours Mr. Salmond.

As I said this is not my battle but just another case of a very sad story being revealed to a far away country called Palestine who have had their own share of living under a very unjust system. All we, at the Palestine Telegraph can do is say to you Anne and Hollie that we are deeply disturbed by your story and we sincerely hope that those responsible for the loss of your brother Robert and those that took away poor Hollie’s childhood have their day in court. Any parent from any country or any religion knows the pain that you have both endured. We can only pray for justice and as we say in the Arab world “Inshallah” which means “If Allah Wills” or “God Willing”…………..Bless you both

thank you again for featuring the story – fortunately we have written affidavit from the Police that Hollie is a reliable and credible witness and it was largely on the strength of this that they feared the outcome and tried to section her Mother unlawfully!
That when that failed they tried to buy her silence is worthy of note!

Hollie’s Uncle – her Mother’s brother was killed under VERY suspicious circumstances and the authorities lied in written for in denial that an autopsy had been done – the Police failed to properly or professionally investigate what now seems to have been a murder to hush up the truth.

When Robert named the apparent killer the Police chose silence and moved on fast failing to include the transcrip of that section!
Fortunately Robert has a near perfect memory and we have the missing sectionS almost work perfect to insert in the correct place IF the tape has been tampered with!
Just as with the 4 police who travelled 740 miles to rob his house to find out in a 5 hour search what evidence Robert had and what he could use in his defence having been charged – much of the material was stolen by the police and we wonder what evidence was planted in just as dishonest a manner!
Senior members of the Scottish authorities have deliberately misled and lied seemingly as participants in the abuse of Hollie or in collusion in a criminal cover-up.
Corruption in Scotland seems endemic and systemic amongst the authorities, Courts and seemingly venal incestuous relationship with corruption seeming to be Masonic in nature with apparently malign secret societies like The Spec see:

Clearly at no time has this blog been maintained or managed by Hollie Greig as it is well known that her disabilities preclude her from the continuum of running a blog – it was decided for veracity that I would not just run this blog FOR Hollie but AS Hollie.

All deeply suspect and indicative of high level corruption – not to mention the evidence led on this blog.

Aware of the fact that The Scottish legal system is corrupt – read the story of Elaine Grossart and the systematic abuse she has received at the hands of her ex husband Hamish Grossart nephew of Sir Angus Grossart! – That the system gives ‘justice’ to the person with deepest pockets and to suit a corrupt mini region is unarguable and that it is controlled by corrupt Masonic interests seems irrefutable, that it is largely misogenistic seems apparent and that it favours money over the well being of children seems the norm!

Yes many, many cases have been found in favour of cover-up for State Corruption and corruption by the wealthy. It is widely believed that Scottish Lawyers should not be trusted further than a well placed boot could kick them and all too often their relationship with with each other and the Courts is little more than venal and incestuous.

For this reason and in the justified belief that the corrupt in Scotland will lie and cheat to feather their nest and protect each other we have decided to make it very clear that the words on this blog are NOT those of Hollie Greig though she is aware of every detail and the sentiment thereof – her legal guardian is her Mother Anne Greig and she has read and is aware of every entry on this blog and has approved it.

May I point out that until this blog took up Hollie’s case and Robert Green and others decided we should help Anne Greig who had tried for 10 years to gain Justice – her brother’s almost certain murder was not even investigated and the servants of the Crown lied about the killing as will be proven and published on this blog shortly, as will be the details of how the Court Courts aided and abetted in the theft of her property and assetts.

We have not wished to dilute the efficacy of the case so far by providing the proof of corruption that we hold in reserve – even minded that FOUR Grampian Police were sent on a 740 mile round trip to raid Robert Green’s house, whether to steal evidence he might hold or plant evidence against him is uncertain – though they remained in his home for 5 hours or so Cheshire Police have informed us!

It would seem Cheshire police refused to participate in this burglary and TWO Cheshire Police remained outside! Burglary it was, however it may be spun by the crooked Grampian Police, as they left no receipt, no copy of a warrant and no plausible admission that they had spent 20 man hours in the premises planting and removing material!

Personally I believe that the wee pretendie fiefdom of Scotland is increasingly a parasitic excrecence out of control and beneath contempt from the top down – I see no reason to exclude a single individual in its corrupt heirarchy and it is not unreasonable to feel pity for its abused and exploited peoples.

The deeply upsetting story of Hollie Greig

UK, February 25, 2010 (Pal Telegraph) – There has to be a point in our lives when we turn our backs on normal news and bring out the truth behind a gut wrenching story that nobody wants to talk about or who may not be permitted to talk about.

We at the Palestine Telegraph always want to bring out topics that no one else is prepared to print. The case of Hollie Greig is one such story that will make you feel terribly sick inside whilst at the same time wanting to bring those responsible to justice. I did a radio show the other day and someone specifically asked me to investigate this sad story probably knowing that I would do an article on it. One must feel the intense pain of Hollie’s mum and the ongoing nightmare’s that must haunt Hollie, the innocent victim of a pedophile father and his ring of evil friends.

This is not the first time I have heard of such abuse, especially in care homes where children suffering from Down’s Syndrome or other medical conditions have been repeatedly abused by the care staff. It is for this reason that I have broken away from my normal articles to reveal these horrific evil pedophiles that contaminate our planet. What makes this case stand out is the fact that this abuse went beyond the Greig family and extended into the Grampian Police Force who are there to protect us. I am sure by the time you have read through this extremely upsetting story you also will want to bring these evil people to justice.

So who is Hollie Grieg? Hollie lived in Aberdeen, Scotland. Her family consisted of Anne, her mother, Father Denis and brother Greg. It was back in 2000 when Hollie told her mum something very disturbing that any mother dreads to hear – that she had been repeatedly sexually abused by her father, Denis Charles Mackie and by her brother Greg. This abuse stemmed back to when Hollie was six years old, Hollie also told her mum that her brother Greg had also been abused by his father. We hear of such horror stories many times especially when another member of the family is also abused and that person then becomes part of the spider’s web.

As one would expect Anne immediately reported the incident to the Grampian Police in Aberdeen and it was then that things started to go so terribly wrong. Over a period of time Hollie started to recall the names of those that had abused her. Anne eventually learnt that her husband Denis had offered his daughter to an extended ring of pedophiles. One can imagine the terrible abuse, psychological pain and humiliation that Hollie endured during this period and the terrible pain that mum also endured.

It became a further shock when Anne learnt that this ring of pedophiles included a serving police officer with the Grampian Police named Terry Major and a very high profile gentleman called Graeme Buchanan who happened to be the Aberdeen Sheriff (his picture is on the last page of this article)

After some in depth investigations by medical staff and the Grampian Police Hollie’s account was fully accepted as being authentic but that’s as far as the case went and everything was very carefully swept under the carpet. One of the main players in this deplorable case was that of Elish Frances Angiolini QC (picture above), a Scottish lawyer who has served in the political role of Lord Advocate in Scotland since 2006. Her bio reads that she was appointed to the post of Solicitor General for Scotland in November 2001 becoming the first woman, the first Procurator Fiscal, and the first solicitor to hold that post. This lady prevented any action being taken by the police or should I say against the police and the Sheriff and consequently allowed the main offend, Denis Charles Mackie (Hollie’s father as shown on the following page) to escape the country and settle in Portugal.

The story does not stop there because the authorities started a campaign to discredit and intimidate Anne by having her forcibly taken to a mental institution in the hope of taking Hollie from her and handing her back to her evil father. Anne remained strong and managed to have herself checked over by a leading psychiatrist who then certified her as being perfectly sane. This brave woman stood up to these bullying tactics and consequently forced them to accept the findings of the psychiatrist.

Over the coming years Anne remained strong and continued to fight this battle which eventually led to Anne being able to convince the News of the World to take up her story in 2009. What was also disturbing was the fact that Hollie had been receiving payments from the Criminal Injuries Compensation Authority which as we all know is a payment handed out for victims of crime. One must fully understand that for this payment to take place one has to have been vetted by the

authorities to qualify for such payments…..surely this in itself are an expression of guilt even though to this day no investigations have been carried out.

Hollies father Denis and Greg went to live in Portugal, which also so happened to be the same country where Madeleine McCann went missing. Anne decided that she should alert the authorities and went to another police station in her newly acquired home in Shrewsbury. She was hopeful that the local police would listen to her story and that they would then notify their counterparts in Portugal that this pedophile had relocated there and may have some connection with Madeleine. It became evident that this possible vital information was not passed on by the British Police.

Private Investigators into Hollies situation have since revealed the presence of other pedophile rings in Scotland and it became clear that senior authority figures in Scotland are prepared to obstruct the course of justice and allow the sexual abuse of such venerable members of our society to continue unchecked in order to save their own necks. This letter clearly shows the names of the offenders.

As one would expect this letter received little attention by the Scottish Court Service and their response is copied here. This letter was in actual fact a sort of name and shame letter but didn’t serve any purpose apart from the fact it serves as an acknowledgement by the Scottish Court Service. The letter was dated 24th June 2009.

It was extremely interesting to learn about what happened to Journalist & Broadcaster Robert Green. He decided to investigate the Hollie case and went up to Scotland only to find himself arrested by the Grampian Police with heavy involvement by Scotland’s Crown Office. Robert had traveled to Aberdeen to attend a public protest against the lack of action by Scotland’s law enforcement agencies in bringing to justice identified individuals belonging a an Aberdeen based pedophile ring, names of which included members of Scotland’s legal establishment and the local Sheriff.

Robert was promptly arrested soon after his arrival and prior to his attendance at the planned protest. It was ironic that his appearance the next day was at the Aberdeen Sheriff Court where he was taken before a colleague of the Sheriff who was named as a key player in this Pedophile ring. It should be pointed out at this stage regarding a police project that was in existence called “Operation Ore” that was set up to identify many pedophiles in public office, none of which have yet been prosecuted.

What is alarming here is the fact that poor Hollie claims she was abused for 14 years from the age of six and has given police the names of some of the men she says assaulted her. The 30-year-old and her mother, Anne, have been campaigning for criminal proceedings since 2000. All of the abuse took place in Aberdeen, and Hollie and her mother claim to have made a statement at Bucksburn police station in July naming those involved. The family moved to Shropshire and two Grampian Police officers travelled to Shrewsbury in September last year to re-interview Hollie at a special facility. Last month, the Crown Office revealed there was not enough reliable evidence to proceed with the case.

A spokesman said at the time: “Historical allegations of sexual abuse made by a 30-year-old woman in Shropshire have been thoroughly investigated by police. “Crown counsel have considered all the available information and decided that there is insufficient credible, reliable and admissible evidence to justify criminal proceedings in respect of these allegations.” It must be fully understood that this statement was in actual fact false because no proper investigation has ever been carried out as only Hollie herself was interviewed.

Despite no charges ever being brought, Hollie received £13,500 compensation from the Criminal Injuries Compensation Authority in April last year. It is understood that a Grampian Detective Inspector described Hollie as “a truthful witness to the best of her ability and an entirely innocent victim”. Mrs Greig, 58, claims her daughter has experienced nightmares and panic attacks since she first told her about the alleged abuse.

Before closing there is also one piece of this jigsaw that has not been covered and that is regarding the death of Hollie’s Uncle Robert David Greig (Anne’s Brother). Just when you think you have heard enough of this sordid case we must include the circumstances leading to the death of her Uncle. On the 17th of November 1997 her uncle was found in a burnt out car close to Aberdeen. The police believed it was a case of suicide and the family attempted to obtain a copy of the autopsy. The authorities had for some time declared that no papers existed and basically the case was officially closed.

Anne with the support of others repeatedly tried to obtain the autopsy report which the authorities were reluctant to release and it was only obtained on the 31st of December. Before we go into that autopsy let me tell you an incident that took place prior to this tragic event. After the death of her uncle Hollie told her mum that one day her uncle had come into the house and caught her father having sex with her. Uncle Robert gave a very clear warning to her father never to do that again.

Now we come to the autopsy result which in my opinion gives a very clear cut verdict of murder and not suicide…….one could even possible think that this could be called a political assassination as Robert Greig really did know too much, especially about people in high places. He was totally devoted to his sister Anne and dear Hollie. The Autopsy gave the verdict of death by smoke inhalation but also noted that Robert had severe damage to his skull, two broken ribs and a broken sternum. In addition to this his body also contained much alcohol (even though Robert was a non drinker) and the autopsy found residue of whiskey in his stomach. A person apparently came across the car and attempted to save Robert which came across as a sort of heroic story when in actual fact it is believed that this person was indeed the murderer.

It is important for the world to understand that a very grave injustice has been carried out here and that the Grampian Police have acted in a way that does not befit their duty of care to the people of Aberdeen and more importantly poor Hollie, who like many have fallen victim to such a Pedophile ring. We at the Palestine Telegraph understand what it is like living in a police state having become the victim of Israeli aggression and intimidation. This case however has touched our hearts and we feel it is finally time to bring those responsible to justice. It is for this reason that we have decided to print the letter sent on behalf of Anne and Hollie whilst at the same time to name and shame those listed. The letter of response is also an indication of the arrogance of the Aberdeen Sheriff.

Pedophilia is deeply rooted in our society and has in the past encompassed some extremely powerful people, including politicians etc The fact that a serving police officer was involved and a very senior figure in the legal system of Scotland cannot be taken lightly and the Palestine Telegraph sincerely hopes that in re opening this case something will eventually come out of it.

Kenny MacAskill, Scottish Justice Secretary and ex Levy & McRae lawyer, is apparently so scared by the rising tide of public ire surrounding his and his colleagues apparent cover up of the Hollie Greig scandal, that he has proposed amendments to the Criminal Justice and Licensing (Scotland) Bill, which is going through the Scottish Parliament at the moment.

The amendments would help stop people “stalking” or “harassing” their “victims” by text or online – strangely enough the exact charges leveled at Robert Green and the UK Column as we have been attempting to shed light on the apparent perversions of the course of justice by Grampian Police, the Procurator Fiscal’s office, Elish Angiolini and Mr MacAskill himself.

At present, the only charge which the Scottish authorities can level in such a case is Breach Of The Peace, by coincidence the precise charge leveled at Robert Green last weekend following his arrest.

The powers provided under the new legislation would allow Scottish prosecutors to go after people campaigning using the internet, including email and websites such as Facebook.

Mr MacAskill said, “Stalking can be a deeply frightening crime for victims.”

Poor Kenny. Feeling the pressure are we?

Mr MacAskill is not the only politician attempting to attack free speech in this way. A source has alleged to the UK Column that David Cameron has stated that should he become Prime Minister, he will legislate to prevent campaigners from asking difficult questions on public forums.

I wonder how Kenny MacAskill sees a hugely paid public servant’s terrible suffering when challenged for seemingly having failed to acquit their duty relative to the years of rape, sodomy and serial abuse at the hands of a paedophile gang and then having your uncle killed and it seems he was murdered to keep the lid on the crimes!

Can it possibly be true that the wee pretendee politicians in the EU Regional Assembly at Holyrood are there to protect themselves and enrich themselves at our expense when Grampian Police and the legislature of Scotland have done nothing to question the named criminals – and no one even acted responsibly to establish the facts surrounding Hollie’s uncles apparent murder.

Hi,

You will note that there is a change from the ‘assumptive first person’ as although Hollie and her Mum are being kept fully informed on at least a daily basis and much of the information is direct from them – ie nothing has changed materially, for legal reasons it has been decided by Robert Green’s solicitors that it may be better if it is clear that the words here are NOT those of Hollie – clearly we had Never implied they were!

However when we are dealing with some of Scotland’s best known law firms (well you’ve seen their grammar and spelling!!) you will note we have had a clarification and clearly Sheriff Buchanan couldn’t find a suitable solicitor in Aberdeen willing to represent him and he has gone all the way to Edinburgh to appoint Simpson & Marwick who clearly don’t know him as they keep misspelling his name and can’t even get Robert’s name right!

Failed to investigate the case properly and failed to interview the named suspects.

Some may inaccurately claim that because she has a bit of difficulty with speech and has Down’s syndrome that she is not entitled to the protection of the law and enforcement of Justice on her behalf.

This is NOT true as you will see if you read the medical reports on this blog where Doctors have stated she is a competent witness just as you will see even the Grampian Police have stated in writing that she is a reliable and credible witness in their opinion.

Hollie and her Mum had to flee from Scottish justice because it was clearly involved in a cover up so they had to leave their home in Aberdeen:

They had to come south of the border for safety.

Do remember the justice department and police were sufficiently convinced of the facts that they paid her £13,000 seemingly to try to buy her off! What they don’t realise is that as a Down’s syndrome girl she is now empowered by StolenKids and friends to really make a difference. You know what happened to her but it must never happen to another child and although we know this is not realistic, if we can stop it happening to a single child it will have been worth it.

Robert Green who is one of the people who is doing a great deal to help us wasn’t just arrested because he might possibly, perhaps commit a breech of the peace but was in fact arrested whilst approaching the site he had stated he was going to distribute leaflets calling for action to be taken in Hollie’s interest and to bring to book the abusers.

Earlier, based on sketch information because Grampian Police were giving out dishonest information we were led to believe that Robert was arrested at the Guest House – this was inaccurate Robert has now told us and we therefore appologise on behalf of the Grampian Police who failed to honestly supply information. We are appologising on their behalf because it was they who led to our misunderstanding by failing to tell the truth!

Even the police have lied to us and Robert Green’s friends and family. They kidnapped him on the orders of Sheriff Buchanan or Elish Angolini it seems almost as if they are running a private force for the benefit of the very people Hollie has made official complaints against.

During the 3 days they held Robert in solitary confinement without consent DS. Brian Gedus, with 3 other police flunkies, were sent all the way from Aberdeen to Warrington to to raid Robert’s house and steal his stuff. They travelled about 730 miles round trip which no doubt involved an overnight stay at our expense! Just what were they doing for FIVE HOURS in the house?

Whilst these bozzos were in the house desperately trying to find something, anything that might cause Robert inconevenience and harrassment, two Cheshire Police were outside! We must assume they remained outside for 5 hours as they were not happy about the out of control Grampian Police who were clearly on a fishing expedition, and did not wish to become embroilled in the Scittish corruption of Justice!

Can anyone explain the relevance of stealing his printer and a pack of unused plain paper? Perhaps you can explain why they stole Robert’s empty guitar case? Since they have stolen his calendar perhaps they would be so good as to phone and tell his friends why they stole it and why they haven’t got a birthday card from Robert on the relevant marked dates!

They didn’t even have the common courtesy to leave a clear message that his house had been burgled by the police and they didn’t leave a receit of what they had stolen and the local police had no idea – just why did they take correspondence between Robert and Government departments?
This looks like a fishing expedition to try to remove evidence he may have and maybe even plant evidence to try to build a case against him because it is obvious the Scottish legal system is corrupt and out of control.

Can anyone explain why official paperwork of Hollie & Ann Greig that was supplied under Freedom of Information was stolen from Roberts or why his son’s music CDs have been taken.

Then as if he was some kind of major international criminal he now has to report THREE times a week to Warrington police station – this is more than people on manslaughter charges, or illegal immigrants or criminals on early release parole – this isn’t justice, this is a corruption of justice pure harrassment and intimidation! When do they start using torture and water boarding in Scotland or is that when more of the senior self styled important people are at risk!

Well the story has been covered by David Icke and by Alex Jones, right around the world on Infowars based in America and now George Galloway will be highlighting it some time between 10pm and midnight tonight on Talk Sport on 1089/1053AM or you can listen on a computer just put Talk Sport in to Google and you can find the Radio Station and listen from anywhere in the world!

Thank you everybody for your help and I wonder when the police will realise just what a discredit and laughing stock they have shown justice to be in Scotland – they have walked into all the traps we set and they have proved our point for us.

The question that sprung to my mind when I saw these communications was, what is Ms Angiolini, the Lord Advocate of Scotland, afraid of that she feels the need to hide behind solicitors letters?

Scotland’s Crown Office are said to be heavily involved in the arrest in Aberdeen on Friday of the well known England based journalist & broadcaster Robert Green, who travelled to the Grampian area late Thursday to attend a public protest against the lack of action by Scotland’s law enforcement agencies to prosecute identified individuals in an Aberdeen based paedophile gang, names which include key members of Scotland’s legal establishment and even a local Sheriff, who stand accused of serial abuse of disabled victims, including downs syndrome girl, Hollie Greig.

Grampian Police arrested journalist on ‘breach of the peace’. Grampian Police apparently swooped on Mr Green before he was even able to attend Friday’s planned protest, taking him into custody earlier in the morning on a charge of breach of the peace, which Mr Green had been detained on, until his appearance tomorrow (Monday) at Aberdeen Sheriff court, where ironically, Mr Green will be taken before a colleague of a Sheriff who was identified by one of the abuse victims as being an alleged member of the paedophile gang at the centre of the case, who are accused of abusing disabled victims & also passing vulnerable children around their ranks.”

‘Levy & McRae were abusive and threatening in their calls to the UKColumn and they have sent a number of communications alleging that they act on behalf of the Scottish Lord Advocate Elish Angiolini. Levy & McRae refuse to state whether they act for Mrs Angiolini in her official position and capacity, or her capacity as a private individual.

Justice Secretary, Scots law title staff to appear as witnesses in Hollie Greig abuse case as victims prepare to testify for arrested journalist

Justice Secretary Kenny MacAskill will face court questions over Hollie Greig case. KENNY MACASKILL, Scotland’s Justice Secretary now faces being called as a witness in the forthcoming trial of journalist & broadcaster Robert Green, who was arrested last week in Aberdeen after attempting to attend a public protest in the centre of the city, concerning the now widely reported campaign of downs syndrome girl Hollie Greig, who has made consistent allegations since 2000 of an abuse ring in Aberdeen, of which she was but one of the victims. Ms Greig’s campaigners contend medical & Police reports support her claims, also pointing out Ms Greig received an as yet unexplained huge payout from the Criminal Injuries Compensation Authority while no one has yet been charged or prosecuted over the abuse.

Lord Advocate Elish Angiolini – lawyers have ties to Justice Secretary MacAskill. Sources close to the case, which saw Mr Green arrested last Friday, his home in Cheshire, England, raided by Scottish Police officers, then later being bailed on Monday of this week at Stonehaven Sheriff Court to attend a full hearing at a later date, say Justice Secretary MacAskill will be quizzed on his relationship with the Glasgow law firm Levy McRae, who now appear to be representing several individuals including a Sheriff & Scotland’s top law officer, Lord Elish Angiolini, caught up in the mess. We revealed in earlier reports, Mr MacAskill has long standing ties to Levy McRae, where the Justice Secretary served his apprenticeship as a solicitor, and worked for some time.

Scots law title “The Firm” reported abuse story, sparked global campaign for Hollie. In another surprise move on the case, lawyers & staff from the well known Scots law publication “The Firm”, whose reports on Hollie Greig’s allegations back in November 2009 sparked the now global campaign to ‘secure justice’ for Ms Greig and other abuse victims, are also rumoured to be in line to be cited to give evidence in Mr Green’s pending trial and be questioned over the content of their now censored reports on the case, which were removed after legal threats from lawyers acting on behalf of the Lord Advocate and led to a string of apologies, which we covered in an earlier article HERE.

Robert Green – arrest was sparked after reports from law title which led to eventual arrest. Legal insiders said today it was likely Mr MacAskill would seek to avoid appearing in court, and may use ‘ministerial powers’ to avoid being cross examined by defence agents acting on behalf of the arrested journalist but there would probably be no escape for staff of law title “The Firm”, who are now being identified by many campaigners in the Hollie Greig case as being the publication which started the recent spate of articles, forum comments and online chatter over the abuse claims, said to involve members of the Scottish legal establishment who will now be forced to clear their names in the gaze of full publicity & open court.

One solicitor said late last night : “The Firm have got themselves in a sticky position. I understand its staff will be called as witnesses to be questioned over their reporting of Ms Greig’s claims, printed as far back as 17 November 2009.”


He continued : “The material published by the Firm in mid November appears to be the initial reports of recent weeks which led to the Lord Advocate’s personal involvement in the case, the spate of legal threats which saw coverage withdrawn from the Firm’s website, and the interdict gained on behalf of the Sheriff, all clearly resulting in Mr Green’s arrest and the current Grampian Police investigation. It is only proper the publication’s staff are called to account for their reporting which has now led to Mr Green’s current situation.”


This morning several additional campaigners associated with the Hollie Greig case, including website owners, pressure groups and online media outlets vowed to follow the same course of defence, if quizzed on their reporting of Ms Greig’s case. A source from a media organisation reporting on the case confirmed they too would be citing staff from “The Firm” to attend if any legal proceedings were instituted by the Lord Advocate.

It also can be revealed today “The Firm” ‘were intimidated’ by the Crown Office over a report they published, claiming a Police investigation took place of a Sheriff in connection with evidence on the Lockerbie case, after correspondence was submitted to Lothian & Borders Police by the SNP’s Christine Grahame. Lord Angiolini went onto praise the Sheriff said to be under investigation, and then disputed the events as reported by “The Firm” (better grab the info in those links while you all can – Ed)

Anne & Hollie Greig to support arrested journalist’s defence. It has also emerged that Hollie Greig herself, and her mother Anne, will support a defence of charges against Mr Green, support which could lead to damaging testimony in open court by Hollie and her mother, which may raise many questions as to why there have been no prosecutions in this long running case. Grampian Police and the Crown Office are now known to have been informed of allegations by Ms Greig of abuse dating back an amazing 10 years and recently the Crown Office issued varying statements as to why no one had been charged. Commentators on the case say the appearance of Ms Greig and her mother in court as witnesses, either in person or by video link from England, will prove an uncomfortable time for those who stand accused of the abuse, and may finally spark action on the Ms Greig’s allegations of serial abuse.

There are now growing calls for Grampian Police to interview the Lord Advocate, Justice Secretary Kenny MacAskill, and staff from ‘The Firm’ over issues connected with the Mr Green’s arrest and the ongoing Grampian Police investigation. (so, a hot time for Scotland’s legal celebs in the spotlight, lets clear calendars ? – Ed)
